Snapnames & mydomain

Hi there,
I got my first backorder from snapnames yesterday, shortly afterwards I get an email saying I can login and use my domain at mydomain.com
So I go there and update things (their site is incredibly broken btw). The mx records do not update, then i contact support, who tells me my domain isn't registered with mydomain, it is registered with claimeddomains LLC and they have no affiliation with them (if you go to claimeddomains.com, it literally redirects to mydomain.com) What can I do? Do I just wait for things to update and fix themselves over the next day or two?

I would suggest contacting (by online chat) domain.com which is the parent co of mydomain and also looks like claimeddomains (reseller?).

Best of luck; good chance they can sort it out for you.

Edit: You stated that you were at least able to "update things" at MyDomain. I have no idea what that means really and it raises a big question mark.
