Small MySQL/AdoDB, form design.

Looking for someone to write a small script with interface, to interact with AdoDB preferably but MySQL(4.1.22) will be ok.

What I need:

• A *small* forum: Reply, post, view topics(possibly edit post, not too fussed). no BB code/ smiles needed. the least amount of files the better.

• Forums are only viewable depending on the users rank, no backwards viewing.

• A list of all ranks, with the people in that rank.

No graphics are required at all.
A working demo will be required before payment is handed over. As I am new here im not too sure on what to offer, but considering how small of a job this is im offering $30usd.

Are the user signups and user account settings taken care of by other packages?
If so then I would have to merge the above package you need with the pacakge you already have... right?
