PHP & mySQL Programer

I need a good programer with knowledge of php and mysql to do some work for me. Most of the Jobs I need sould be fairly simple. Im am working on developing a site, but it will be deveopled in many stages. The first stage is a simple form that will dump into a databse and email the data. The next step is a backend. Then a full intergration of an APi into the backend.If anyone is interested in workiing on this let me know and I can provide more details.There is a budget here, but like it will start out very small and work its way into the big stuff as we go along.
