discuss Should you include higher value names on your enduser sales site?

In this context I'm defining "higher value" as $xx,xxx. If you have a number of names which you expect to sell for $xxx, do you think listing higher value names helps or hinders the sale. Sometimes I wonder if it makes the potential buyer think that names are over-valued.
