.mobi Should I sell?

Ive been out of the game for sometime now but still have alot of .mobi names.
I got an offer for 1K for i74.mobi. Is this a fair offer for this? I sold 184.mobi last year for 1K so it sounds fair to me but not sure if the values have increased. Thanks for your help

Honestly I'd be surprised if you get an offer of $100 for i74 today. Market is generally in the dumper, total buyers market. So sell only if you must.

I assume it's someone making travel sites for the highway. Generally a good use and imho $1000 is more than fair. Be happy you have an offer.

thats a good deal for you take it, otherwise you would be lucky to get 1/4 of that, looks like one end user has value for it.
