Setting Up A Simple Page With Contact Details. What Will I Need?

I posted a thread before about setting up a simple website.

However, when I realize that I cannot develop/create websites on a student visa in the US, I had to drop those plans.

Now I want to simply put up a page with only my contact info on it. What will I need to do this? What will be the cheapest hosting provider (seeing that there will be very little traffic, no content, and no adsense) on it?

I already have tons of domain names. Just looking for the simplest of hosting provider that can set up a simple HTML based page that just says: contact: [email protected]

I checked it out. You can't use your own domains with Google page creator...
