Setting up a blog - Best & cheapest.

I am considering setting up a blog using one of my own domain names, what's the best and cheapest (If they go together :p) to do that including hosting.

I have used the likes of blog harbor in the past but looking for alternatives.

wordpress.com has "Premium Features", where you can host it on your own domain. I did not find the prices there, but it may not be very costly. Premium Features « WordPress.com
So you can start with the free blog and later upgrade. And, still later when you have your own hosting, you might be able to transfer contents easily as its the same wordpress database underneath.
Else, as chandan said, blogspot would be cheapest.
