As a rule the shorter the better but have had the ongoing torment myself with words like services and webmasters. So have to say buy both when you can just so you stop thinking about it.

By checking via dnpric.es, I found BankServices.com was sold for $294,200.00 USD in 2008.
I own the singular version BankService dotc0m and the highest offer was $50k
I'm always courious about the same question as OP asked.

that's what confuses me, there is no solid criteria on sales history about what is better.

In you case, for me, bankservice is best than services

it really depends on the name going with it too. Sometimes the plural of a word makes more sense and/or can change the meaning of the word or phrase.

I'm sorry, English is not my native language, but I think a bank is offering many services, not one service.
Or it should be banking services?

Are your domains a misspelling or of "federal" or was this just an oversight in your comment? If the latter, I might suggest letting them both drop if that was part of your original question. You already have a three word domain which diminishes the value and I'm not sure if "Federal Credit Service(s)" is an actual thing, imo.
