For example patiosChairs.com instead of patioChair.com or patioChairs.com?

Another words, to want extend heaving patiosChairs.com will help in ranking for "patio Chairs"?

Keywords are pretty specific so for wordswords.com the keyword is "words words". Thats why something like patiochair.com or patiochairs.com would have more value then patioschairs.com. For seo the closer to your keyword you are the better, it just needs to be related and understandable. Patioschairs.com is not understandable but patiofurniture.com is, and it is related.
