advice Selling ccTLD for non-residents

I own a few very interesting domain names that has ccTLD of a country that does only allow residents to own.
Is there any workaround you can recommend so I can sell them to non residents?

thanks that is good. But my question is about me being a resident and owner of a resident only domain name, is there any work around for me to sell it to clients who are not residents?

Your buyer has the non-resident account and you transfer there?

Too complicated for me there's probably other implications, best to read up on it.
