I'm selling a website & have provided all of the information I possibly can. It's a young site, but has decent traffic - it's growing and all that. I've provided screenshots of all the stats I had - awstats and webalizer.
I didn't have google analytics installed (I wasn't intending to sell it so soon, if at all)...but installed it as soon as I put it up for sale - 2 days ago. One guy who immediately came off as suspicious - even though I made no suspicious claims - now wants log-in access to my google analytics.
My question is - aren't screenshots of analytics good enough? I have several sites under the same account & it's going to be a pain the butt to try and figure out how to separate them all. This isn't an expensive site either - bidding starts in the xxx...I've sold many sites off of screenshots and never had any complaints after. Is it really my responsiblity to provide him log-in access for an inexpensive site or is this kind of 'buyer' just not worth my time?
Appreciate any input from experienced buyers/sellers, thanks.
