Selling a .org

so if a company's name is for example rozize and their business revolves selling water heating systems.

If I have a domain "WaterHeatingSystems.Org" what should I tell them?

Try to see if there's any interest first. Dot orgs unfortunately do not fit because they are mostly used by non-profit organizations. I'm not saying it's impossible but a business would rather get the .biz instead of .org. Just my opinion.
