Sedo valuation - Nice domains for millions

Hey guys,

We all know that if we want to put an above 10,000 USD/EUR/GBP price for a particular domain we have to: "Listing prices may not exceed 10000 EUR unless appraised at an amount over 10000 EUR. Please use the free price suggestion tool or order an Appraisal."

Ok, it's fine. I understand it.
But please look at the screenshot and tell me how do you think the majority of these names got such appraisals?
Some of them are created couple of month ago.

It's millions. How?

And look at that great extensions: .com.de, .com.co, IDN's ...

Agree, but I thought it would be nice for Sedo guys to check manually at least these 20-30 "great" listings, cause Sedo looks totally not as professional domain marketplace
