Sedo fees

Hello,
I have had an offer via Sedo for a name I have parked there.
The extension is .im
The offer was for $200
Sedo wants $150
Can someone explain to me how Sedo fees work? I thought It was $50 plus 20% of the sales price, which would be $90.

The .im isn't included for some reason to their $50 min plus 10%
If i remember correct the minimum doesn't affect the .com.net.org... domains if they are parked to their service but i'm not sure for the other TLD types
