Please Help...Sedo Fees Question

I got a $200 offer for a domain. I thought sedo's fee was 10%, yet under my confirm offer option it shows this:

Sales Price: 200 USD
Less Sedo Fees: -50 USD
Amount to be paid: 150 USD

Whats up with that??? Any help appreciated.

I haven't sold anything trough SEDO before but don't they charge you less if your name is parked there and more if it isn't? Was your name parked with SEDO?
