50/50 Sedo charge on a sale?

Folks,

i got a bid for a domain. now it shows in my cp :

Option A: Confirm Offer - Sell Domain

Sell Domain at the agreed price: 100 USD
Sales Price: 100 USD
Less Sedo Fees: -50 USD
Amount to be paid: 50 USD

so if we sell it for 500$, we get only 250$

pls explain me a bit how sedo charges.

but one small question.
Some of my domains have no fixed price set.
user has to make offer. Now i don't see a catagory like this in that chart you pointed :

Parked and NO Fixed Priced Domains with a category I TLD

For no fixed price It depends on the extension, but with gTLD's it's a $50 minimum up to a certain point where it becomes a percentage. I can't remember at what mark.
