Seems they buy everyone out now just to remove them totally from the space. If they'd be really interested in the members/software, they'd not ask the members to create accounts unless they are really that bad.

They did the same thing when they purchased RevenueDirect, tried quite hard to bring us into the family with revenue guarantees and a fairly good transfer/transition. Actually SedoPro has exceeded my expectations.........……. but still I miss RevenueDirect

Definitely not me. RevDir parking revenues are pennies compared to other parking companies. Especially Parked. I never used RD ever since.
