question Scope of .com "personal name" domains to end-users

Hello domainers ! I hope you're doing fine.

I've procured a few name domains and in fact sold one to a person with that name. I contacted him through LinkEdIn and it was a quick sale in $$$. It may be my lucky-sale but I wanted to ask about your experience about name domains selling to the end users.

For example, I hold JackieSingh DOT com. Jackie Singh is a very popular name in Sikh community. Plus, it's the name of cyber-security INcharge of Biden campaign. I plan to contact her for the purpose of selling this name to her.

It would be good if you can give ideas about this as well.

Curious about this as well. I have a few FNLNs with lots of matches. I also have a ton of FNLastInitial.com or FirstInitialLN.com not sure how these compare to FNLNs, but I make sure at least 50000 people in the US have that first name or last name before buying. I haven't done any outbound, but I have been thinking about it.

Any tips for LinkedIn outbounding?

You always face the possibility of a UDRP. Look some celebrities buy and give gifts like Oliver Stone, others file UDRP.
