I received the following scam email:
This one is a bit scary because (1) I was addressed by my full name (from Whois, I'm sure), and (2) the live link actually goes to a secure Godaddy site.
I suspect that the scammer wants me to delete the domain so that he/she can then "catch" it for him/herself.
If you get a similar email, I recommend that you send it to your rep or to Godaddy support, and DO NOT DELETE YOUR DOMAIN.

I received the following scam email:
Dear [my full name],
Unfortunatly due to inactivity of the site xxxxxxx.com our security team needs to check the credibility of the website. This requires help from you, our valued customer. Please visit https://dcc.godaddy.com/, log in with your secure GoDaddy username and password and delete the selected domain xxxxxxx.com.
Once this has been done the GoDaddy security scan will begin and you will be credited one free year of GoDaddy web and domain hosting for your website.
Thanks for being a Go Daddy Customer.
