Sorry, I gatta bail. I have about 230 ish domains and have too many issues, I dont know where to start. Billing/invoice dates not corresponding with expiries? Two domain managers conflicting with expiry years...two domains showed expired. I manually renewed, I think, and the so called better non legacy manager still says expired. now transferring to spaceship. no recent receipt for recent renews. internic and beta manager says they are alive, "improved" manager says otherwise, along with verification issues. i double triple check verification, and the response says verified over a year ago. I cant trust the system and have the domains deleted.

Probably the only difference is that Sav has had numerous bugs for years, whereas I didn't really have any issues at Epik (until the obvious)...

I feel everyone has had ample warning with Sav. I moved my few domains (50 or so?) that I had there maybe 18mths ago when the bugs (and complaints) were rampant. Purchased domains not arriving in your account or paid renewals not reflected on your dashboard should have been a huge concern, yet so many people just continue with them in order to save 10c (or whatever it is).

I can't see that anything at all has improved since then. Maybe people have become complacent (used to the numerous bugs), but there's just no way I would take the gamble. Now that people are having issues transferring domains and receiving payment (along with everything else), I think this should be treated as a massive flashing orange light.

Sav may continue, but to be honest, with their treatment (or lack thereof) of all the bugs, they really don't deserve to.

Almost 50 days and still waiting for refund of 57.19$.

Just excuses by their CC and buying time.

I even asked them to give instore credit as they were delaying, to which they said, it will be returned to the same card from which it was paid.

Multiple chat messages and requests but only false assurances from SAV team.

Fraudulence practices by SAV team.

I'm deleting names from my panel right before it hits -30 so nobody make cash off my shit on auctions.

let's do this on all registers to boycott owners not getting paid say at least half of expired proceeds on their names

No one here can answer your question. Sav Support should be able to - but whether they actually resolve it is another story. There are numerous issues there. I would recommend against transferring more domains into Sav.

You might want to reconsider transferring names to Sav. Many here are choosing to do the opposite.

Yeah, I've always been interested by that. I've expected those ads to disappear when they forget to pay Andrew, but they keep on going. Maybe the marketing division is totally separate from the rest of the business and they have their act together (and keep paying for the ads).

I'm actually surprised their rating is still so high. I had expected it to dip to 2.0 or so by now. I guess it's only a matter of time with the way they're going.

Probably paid shill fans (or very low expectation customers). Oldest form of marketing.

had many names not show in panel over years
the real shame is they so not fix the root cause after 77 trillion tickets.

that's the real shame.

one time I had renewed a name got email and charge but name never renewed. it went to auction sold for like 50.

I lost it
mid range name

they wanted refund me just 1 renewal
I said no. I want all 5 renewals since i own it. cause that's my investment. they did it

of course I'd prefer just keep name

I should have asked that 50 from auction sale too. dumb alcy

but the real nail in coffin that kills all trust in registrar is whe u have names vanish from your panel for no reason at any time. for good. ithappened to me like 10 times

fixed eventually but it took 10 times for me.. and probably many others reported too. most never reported cause many never catch it. so they just lost names cause they never saw them in panel for renewal.

think about it.. do u ever expect registrar to make names vanihbffom panel or compare panel to a spreadsheet? no.

I just got lucky cause back then I used spreadsheet and caught it.

today I dont bother with spreadsheets.. just go to panels direct. I'm pretty sure sav was the only place with this issue.

still hold accounts at some 15 registrars across my 10yrs in this. but no point use them. hopefully one day I consolidate all to one. but with promos it's hard hahaha
