I transfered out 2 days ago out of sav and it worked. Sav is solid but some domains my buyers want elsewhere processed transfer-out within 45 minutes.

They had a period where it didn't work at all. You can read about it upthread. You planning to wait around to see for yourself the next time it happens?

Well I’m not going to spend x,xxx transfering out if they have 6+ months until expiry then my buyers cant pick register because once I moved out they will be locked to the gaining register for 60-days.

Nothing is working again.

I currently have 14 open tickets, and adding more...

During the last 12 days, the domains I m winning in the auctions do not end up to my account.
And of course, the are charging my card normally....

During the last 3 days, I m trying to push some domains (that I ve already sold to another investor), and it s impossible.

As for transfer out:
1. You are not receiving the email when initiating a transfer.
2. The button to approve transfer, inside domain's page, does not appear.

What you should do if you want to transfer a domain out:
1. Check WHOIS to see if status is pending transfer.
2. Go to "my domains" page, select the domain and use bulk action to approve transfer.

This is the second day i am trying to change dns settings at some domains (actually to add TXT records of afternic and sedo) with all the ways, legacy manager, new manager, one by one, bulk, always getting an error and records never added as i can see at dnschecker , annoying

Actually at auctions there are very few names comparing with the number before 2-3 days at some tlds i follow, maybe 1% or less actually, seems there is big technical issue there with the auctions

Yes, it's just as well the bulk transfer approval still works.

Yup I've got a couple of those now. Chat support said there was a glitch but they can't do anything and it's been passed along to "advanced support." They are not admitting that it's a systemic issue, just playing dumb basically.

Also, I just discovered that any of my names I click on in the new domain manager shows me the details for a domain I don't even own, and never have. I can literally see the contact details of the person who owns this domain, even though the name is under privacy at the WhoIs level.

Also, I'm having trouble unlocking some domains that I want to transfer out.

We can't change nameservers, transfer is not possible, domains we paid for are not delivered, domains we own appear in other accounts.

I think it's time to file a complaint to the ICANN.

Our payment issue hasn't been resolved and ticket is still open for over 2 months, support saying they are working on it but something isn't right at SAV

Other SAV user reported same problem on TrustPilot.

nobody cares I paid this and my name ain't working in some limbo

I will think twice b4 I transfer to sav u should too

good com promo on dyna so dont really reg on sav.. I rarely reg non com now

but do got small ai com buy spree going now

thos issue above happened 10 times before for years.

guess what they never fixed it

I let a domain go into auction.. I know silly stupid me.. I should know better

What are the odds Sav can do a solid for a long time customer who has spent a decent amount and will continue to do so.. and sing your praises everywhere i can... and let me renew it..

I don't think this domain will very popular and no bids so far... 🤞

Probably around zero. Been there, they told me to bid or wait for the auction to end (the domain then comes back to your panel for a couple of days before going into RGP and then getting deleted).

How to get in touch with SAV Advanced support Team? We have been waiting for a ticket to be resolved.
Customer support team hasn't been able to help.

Nick has't responded within this thread in some time... You need to go to X and talk to their help support there, they are the only "team" that responds

I've never seen such maddening UI. There new UI only allows "for sale" listings on their newly named "Domain Sell" page. Anyway, poor english isn't why I'm here to complain.

The name I want to price isn't even listed on that page. And within the domain - where you used to be able to list a for sale price states we are required to visit the new page for "Domain Sell".

Why does Sav insist on rolling out new buggy tech?

It feels like the new UI broke their site behind the scenes, and now they've got support tickets piling up like crazy.

Their back-end infrastructure has been always broken and they never be able to fix it.

Now it's more broken in every way.

I never tried new ui
and thank em for not forcing it

I love old ui. but I guess eventually they force it. maybe I leave then.

the old ui has bugs.

nobody sane spend time on new ui without fixing old one
