Hello NamePros community! We are creating a single thread where we can share announcements in, talk about product updates, people can ask questions and host a great discussion on all things domains!

Quick update: All pending transfers have been completed successfully on my account.
Guys, check your names. I'm having a problem where my NS are properly pointing to landers, but the landers are not resolving. I transferred a name out to test (and didn't change NS) and now it works fine. Anyone else seeing this? I may have to do a global transfer 100% away from Sav with this issue![]()

EDIT - Sav claims my whole portfolio is on "client hold" as I need to verify my WHOIS info. As such no names will resolve. They say an email was previously sent and since I didn't verify, my whole portfolio went on hold. These names are between 11 mos and 1 mo old. She says this happens annually by ICANN mandate. I know we have to verify initially, but never realized all names go on hold until you click a link annually. Is this correct? I really don't recall doing this annually with GoDaddy
Yes, I m having exact the same problem 1,5 months now.
They don't have any estimation about resolving it...
What you can do is to make a second account in SAV, and push the names there.
They will automatically take the new WHOIS, and resolve in about 5'

Yes I know.
I ve lost thousands $$ because of this.
20 days and counting
(I posted this in the domain expiry and drop catching section as well, then I saw this SAV official thread, so sorry if this doubles up.)
I had an account I set up at SAV a while ago, was not used for a while, and just logged in yesterday to place a bid on an expiring auction. It was successful. There was already a valid credit card on file, no problems there, and it was only a small two digit bid.
This morning when I went to log in, two factor authentication was suddenly turned on. No, I did not turn it on myself, this was somehow done manually or automatically. So okay... I get the email and the 6 digit code.
Then after entering the 6 digits it came up with a message something along the lines of "this user/account has an active login block" or something to that effect.
What on earth happened in the 7 hours or so since I last logged in?
I would like to get the account restored ASAP.
Sav's new UI and dashboard are awful. I've never seen such a slow website, whoever rebuilt it and thought it was ready for rollout should be fired

Yes this is another bug.
You can avoid that by logging in through the legacy login.
Where is the legacy login? As mentioned I haven't been there for a long time, no idea what/when they made changes. I did notice however that certain pages of information, eg: domain expiry timeline, have vanished from general public view and may (???) be within their help/support section which requires login.
I couldn't even see how to access their online chat as mentioned by Namegroove. Frustrating...
