Mine is an Afternic Fast Transfer sale.
First, Afternic said that they received an incorrect auth code from sav. Next, they got another auth code which got accepted.
But its "pending transfer" for over five days now. I've tried approving, but no - it doesn't work.
I had a few domains inside, I'm trying to get them out but even that's not possible:

The support team is non-existent.
P.s. but 2 hours did not pass, it show 1 hour ago in my chat.We do apologize for the inconvenience.
There was an issue with our cloud and it's impacting Sav functionality.
However, we just received confirmation that it's resolved and they are currently cleaning up the log in the next few hours.
If you need to manage your domains kindly try again in the next two hours.
They should post this for all.
