Hello NamePros community! We are creating a single thread where we can share announcements in, talk about product updates, people can ask questions and host a great discussion on all things domains!


Chat and support email are the same people.
Chris, Vito, Meggy, Andi, Scott, Rudy and Ryan.
They live chat is very good, they are all polite well educated on the subject.
The problem is that support and dev team, are 2 completely separated departments.
It s like they are not working together, just forwarding tickets.
e.g. Support doesn't have a clue about any price changes.
It s not their fault that no one has inform them.
And I m not talking about future changes, but for these that have already changed.
Dev team is clearly understaffed.
Also, they are constantly focusing in wrong tasks.
What s the point trying to build a new cart and a "New Domain Manager", while pushing domains and changing NS don't work...
You should first fix what s broken and then make something new...

New Cart Issue- What issues are you seeing? We're not aware of anything at the moment but will take a look if you can share the details.

Talking about the new Domain Manager, every time I tried to sort domains and the page was loading until it was unresponsive. Good thing you still have the old one.
I strongly suggest you start taking into consideration domainers' feedback.
Personally I ve made dozens of suggestion over time, but no one is hearing.
Some random examples are:
- Notify your clients for price changes of your products before they happen.
- Add the option to use account funds for new purchases.
- Mention the related issue to the ticket's title and content, because now you can tell what is the ticket for.
- Make your auction page fit more than 25 names.
- Add filters like "Favorites" and "Number of chars".
- Add a page with the active auctions we participate.
All my suggestion are not just my "personal" requests, they would greatly increase your profits as well.
If I knew you would increase prices, I would buy/renew more names before you do.
If I could see the auctions I ve been outbid, I would bid more!

10,000 domains disabled for 1 week and counting…
There were multiple bugs with contacts verification.
I have verified my contacts now, but they are unable to update the status of my domains.
I currently have 10,000 domains in clienthold status that are not resolving.
This has already cost me thousands $$…
Im New to froum can u tell me when shoudl i post on forumTrying to reach support. Called, but said no phone support or return of voicemails.

I ve no idea what s going on.
I received multiple emails to verify my domains, while I made no change in my contacts.
I talked with support and they told me not to click any links, because they may be scum.
Apparently, devs had changed the template of the verification emails, without informing support about that, so support couldn't recognize these emails...
4 hours later, (and before any updates from devs) I received multiple emails that many of my domains are deactivated because I didn't verified them,14 days earlier.
But I had received no verification emails 14 days before...
So they gave me a 4 hour window(instead of 14 days) to verify contacts(that I never changed), and they told me not to click on these verification links!
Next day they told me that I should click all dozens of links I have received.
I did that, and that resulted more of my domains to be disabled.
In the meantime, all my domains appear in "my domains" page, as verified!
So, I m not able to verify them manually.
Now they say that all my domains have been verified, but for some reason they can't lift clienhold...
After many hours talking to support and dozens of links clicked, I m still waiting, I don't know what for...
Yes, plus +10% extra fees in Afternic sales.
I have calculated around 10% of my sales are happening through the landing page.
for scam.. always make sure email is.from sav.com ... scammers cant use that.
These is a "but" here.
A scammer can use domain's owner contact form, to send you emails.
You will receive these emails from [email protected].
You do understand how problematic this is...
