SAV used to be one of the cheapest registrars, which was its biggest advantage. However, in the past year or two, its registration prices are no longer low, so I left it.

I communicated with SAV through chat and I asked about transfering a co.uk domain. Your chat mentioned nothing that you can't transfer co.uk names into SAV.

I told to seller to change the TAG into SAV's one and now I don't know what happened to the domain.

I forgot to tell you... 21 days have passed!!!!!!!! and I only receives answers that they are working on this and that they undestand my frustation.

THIS IS THE PROOF and the answer I received today.

I would love to look further into this. Can you DM me your email address so I can look up the ticket? In general, .CO.UK transfer-ins are a manual process. Unlike with a standard gTLD that is initiated on the gaining registrar's end, these domains are "pushed" from the losing registrar to the gaining registrar with an automated way for us to know who the domains need to go to. I think Nominet is considering moving to a more standard process in the future but for now, it can take time to receive the domains in your account once you reach out to support. Either way, it should be a matter of days so let me take a look at the ticket and reply back within there.

@Nick R - 30 days on my issue. Still not done. No SLA/timeline either. And I get the same response every day. Ticket no. 377018

I reported 8 days ago, that some backorder prices in "My Backorders" page, are not correct.
Domains appear as premium , even if they are not.
I got no response yet...

It was fixed, as much as their new cart 🤣

For those who don't know, the new cart have never been functional, from day 1.

honestly I can live with basically any bug except those that make my names vanish and or dont renew names after paid. cause those cause name losses. which is basically criminal to make investor lose a name.

but those bugs did not happen again since last times..months ago. so for now I am content.

the other stuff like a name sitting forever in my account I hope gets fixed cause ita bad. but it doesnt lead.to name loss.

On October 21, I opened a ticket.
Today, I got a response that half of it has been resolved.

2 months + 7 days, to resolve half of a ticket!

I can live with smallbugs as long as my names ain't vanishing.. still

worth a report... in public.. so shit get fixed...

renewed 4 xyz names ... all failed... io went thru.. so I'm calling this xyz issue only.

emailed em. a day later was able to renew.

not my end issue for sure cause io went thru.. but could be either sav or xyz bug.. let's hope she fixed now.

The new cart still remains dead.

Today I can't push any domains, or change NS.

I have a push order pending 8 days now.

I asked for an incoming transfer to be canceled and refunded 21 days ago, still waiting.

I asked them to inform me about any price changes since 1/1, still waiting.

I currently have 8 tickets open, some of them 3 months old.


And today the started promoting their "New Domain Manager", which of course is not working.
The page is loading forever.

Good thing they "appreciate my time and my patience"!!

I dunno how support works but honest to god.. when I need someting which now due to shrinked folio and less bugs is less often.. all I do is find random ticket email from sav click reply and get answer within 24h. happened for xyz renew bug.. and when I asked to remove 100day exp names from panel.

but chat kinda weird and less responsive. I find

so I email.

i think sav is suffering from underfunding. cause they do have best avg prices. anywhere. and to anyone with brain they also have simplest most efficient friendly ui... lightyears better than dyna namecheap etc... with major bugs worked out.. that's enuf to keep me there.

plus my folio only 500 names now

and shrinking more but I'm almost down to my top stuff only now so no more to shrink... I'm 400 sav and 100 dyna.. Cause I had sale credit on dyna

I still have 100 to 200 ai keyword buy spree expiring soon so most that go to hell. then first time ever I ll be 300 names folio

focking relief really cause sales way down for yrs. and I get mild heart attack everytime I renew shit i have no true faith will sell.. but all this takes time and experience .. I got 10yrs now.. i don't renew based on nostalgia no more or other shit...haha

I'm gonna keep best 200 to 300 names... and basically wit on 5fig sales. its same shit as working ass off for 10 smaller sales.

I also ever did only expireddomains.net regs so one day if more domain money I want to try invest in say 4fig names. cause money make money and more odds to get 5 or 6 fig sale on 4fig buy.

that's my tale.. what's yours? since nobody from sav comes here to be on topic anyway haha
