I would love to look further into this. Can you DM me your email address so I can look up the ticket? In general, .CO.UK transfer-ins are a manual process. Unlike with a standard gTLD that is initiated on the gaining registrar's end, these domains are "pushed" from the losing registrar to the gaining registrar with an automated way for us to know who the domains need to go to. I think Nominet is considering moving to a more standard process in the future but for now, it can take time to receive the domains in your account once you reach out to support. Either way, it should be a matter of days so let me take a look at the ticket and reply back within there.Hi Nick.
I communicated with SAV through chat and I asked about transfering a co.uk domain. Your chat mentioned nothing that you can't transfer co.uk names into SAV.
I told to seller to change the TAG into SAV's one and now I don't know what happened to the domain.
I forgot to tell you... 21 days have passed!!!!!!!! and I only receives answers that they are working on this and that they undestand my frustation.

I reported 8 days ago, that some backorder prices in "My Backorders" page, are not correct.
Domains appear as premium , even if they are not.
I got no response yet...

It was fixed, as much as their new cart
For those who don't know, the new cart have never been functional, from day 1.
As for my unresolved for 15 days ticket, you have no reason to worry.
The domains I backorder have already dropped now.
