Hello NamePros community! We are creating a single thread where we can share announcements in, talk about product updates, people can ask questions and host a great discussion on all things domains!

@Traderas The name was actually mine. I am the seller. So I know it was definitely paid because I can see it in my list of sales. But I just checked and I can still see the name in my account. Iโd suggest create a support ticket on help.sav.com and ask them to move it to your account. If you want I can do it. Just message me in private your email address that is associated with your Sav account and I will push the name to you. It will be quicker if we sort this between us. @Akbarrr is right - Sav will take time to do it.jyq.io
That's strange it should have been transferred to you pretty much instantly as the domain is at Sav.. raise a ticket to sav at help.sav.com and let them know... will take another 24 hours because they respond within 24 hours.jyq.io

You can't stop those fake idiots it's hard.. you'll find such idiots in every marketplace sedo, dynadot, dropcatch, godaddy etc ... but for now, they can only limit those fake guys until there's a perfect solution...@shaikh555 Yes, they are on holidays. And I can predict how next attack and next wave of huge fake proxies is just around the corner. I have my own theory who j_x was. And Nickโs new auction rules wonโt stop those people at all, because they have the resources and the money to play this expensive game. I tried to warn him, but he wonโt listen. The only ones affected will be decent legitimate bidders.
@shaikh555 I donโt think we are dealing with โidiotsโ in this case though. The attack was well organized and it was aimed at expensive .xyz names. All other TLDs that got affected were only for distraction. Letโs say certain people donโt want to pay too much for such names, and prefer to eliminate competition, and to discourage sellers by bending them to their will. The final goal is to force sellers to sell cheap to them, perfectly not in auctions. Such people or companies will happily destroy a whole marketplace only to achieve what they want. For instance observe the strange behaviour of this bidder w_w_909b80, who is mainly placing bids on names with high proxies set up in advance by j_x_942e4f (auctions they perfectly know they canโt win because the proxy is too high). If they donโt know who the highest bidder is, or if they donโt know what the proxy is, they simply skip the name, or place very low bids. Something more - whoever or whatever is behind w_w_909b80 is actually the same person/company that was behind the bidder b_c_5385d5 and a few more accounts. They just replaced the account because they missed to pay something by mistake, and the old account was restricted. So as I said they have the resources and the money to play their game - Nickโs new rules only made it easier for them, not harder. The ones affected now are not the ones who were behind the attack. Totally the opposite. Nick simply took the wrong side.
If the domain is registered at Sav it will be pretty much instant but as the sav staff is on leave they will take care of this on Monday I guess...Auctioned domain: How long does Sav taken to push the domain into account after processing the payment?
I would have participated in that auction if it had the normal renewal.. anyway let's see how this goes it's too soon to say something...@Akbarrr You simply havenโt understood what I said. I never said that the bidder was fake. I said that heโs playing games, and arranging to buy names for pennies. Computers.xyz is a perfect example. The name sold for โpenniesโ. I say โheโ, but the bidder is not โheโ, because there is a whole company behind the account. A company with big budget that is interested in buying high-value .xyz (and other new gTLDs) names very cheap.
This guy did not paid for my auctions last week! We as seller should hv the right to choose whether to start 2nd round auction as it takes too long for one round and 2 rounds takes almost 10-14 days to complete if buyer pays up! What if they donโt pay 2nd round then 3rd, 4th, 5th??I don't think this guy is fake "w_w_909b80" I closely watched a few auctions he participated and he won and paid like for computers.xyz, webcam.xyz, and in a few other extensions... I don't know about the other guy...
