Sav.com is definitely a mess of a company and is full of sick people.

These miserable people from sav are the most incompetent people I have ever met, they made me lose a domain.
I paid for its redemption within the legal time for this.
I talked to over 7 different people on chat, for a month, and no one helped me.
After a month, these miserable people wrote to me that they cannot redeem a .shop domain and that they are refunding my money. I can't do anything now.

I had a similar experience.

Paid for a renewal. The control panel said it was extended, but the registry date did not reflect that. Dealt with support in live chat, they said they would fix it, but the domain still dropped and deleted, and was drop caught by someone else.

I received a refund of my renewal fee as a consolation. Transfer'd all my domains out of Sav immediately. I will never use them again.

most fixed

but their prices were top5 before

now top10 or 20

ui still simple and fast

but new one is worse

there simply arent enuf reasons to pick them now

but.. most saved few bucks with em before

so it's ok

money is money
