Every person has the right to choose who to do business with and the Paypal issue which you are pressing is the same. Paypal themselves is not available for some countries or makes some countries send only and collects money from them when they dont allow them to receive payments and compete with the rest of the countries and make profitable businesses so please back off and dont be hard on @Nick R and his company unless you had very bad experience getting one of their services.
Ah yes, sorry about that. Unless a specific registry/tld has restrictions, a domain can be renewed up to 30 days after expiration. An auth code can be viewed for the domain in your account without an email. A restore may be possible in some circumstances but they are handled on a case by case basis through a support ticket.

As long as the registry allows, you can transfer out for up to 30 days. After that we will start an auction for the domains as an Expiring domain at sav.com/auctions
