Are you seriously suggesting here that the company Visa, Inc. would have a trademark claim over a domain name which clearly pertains to a document issued by a government to allow an individual to enter in and/or reside in a nation state?
This is ludicrous, surely you can see that? An investor visa in Canada is a document issued to high net worth individuals who invest a minimum of $800,000 into a Canadian business, to allow them to live and work in Canada, it has nothing at all to do with credit cards or financial services!
