Reseller Scence outages ? Or out of business?

I have been with Reseller Scene for several months now. They always had outages ranging from a few minutes to an hour or so, once in a while. But, of late these have been becoming longer and common. Right now, everything is down, including their home page. It has been almost 8 hours now. Are they out of business? Will they be back online? I have several websites hosted with them, and I don't have any recent backups (my mistake). I hope they atleast come back online for an hour so I can get my copies.

Update: See this: http://www.frederickding.com/posts/2009/12/sad-week-for-web-hosts-01583/ . They ARE going out of business. I never received an email from them! I need backups!!! OMG!

Yikes, sorry to hear the bad news! I'd recommend that you look into getting a new provider - I don't see a point of staying with a company if you aren't sure how much longer it's going to be alive (stability is important!)

I suppose you can try to get in touch with DC. Perhaps they know some more information and you will be able to restore

Apparently it's now really end of the line for RS. Still wonder why they did not manage to sell off the bulk of their assets.
