Reliable Email Service + Reseller Hosting Needed Urgently

I've been having great difficulties receiving and sending mails through GoDaddy's server. I can't receive mails, for they bounced back to the senders, or I can't send out, for they are bounced back to me for example. They lack of prompt actions to solve the problems after 6 tickets and keep saying that those senders haven't been blocked by their server shouldn't be the excuse. :td:

In short, I am urgently looking for a top-names state of the art datacenter locate in the U.S., the best support preferable through live chat, professional reseller host plans where I can host 30+ domains with alias (masking) function with no setup fee, and very reliable email service. I am willing to pay in the range of US$50/month and looking for a year contract.

I have read some web hosting reviews who said that StartLogic offers the best service with overall high ranking to later found out through this forum that we should trust users forum review, who recommended small reseller host. As a result, I'm dazed and lost after spending good 4 days looking for the proper reseller host with all of the above criteria.

So, your help in recommending me what I'm looking for would greatly be appreciated.

while i cant say these http://www.hostmaven.com guys will meet what your after as i dont have a reseller through them BUT i do have a VPS and i can say with all honesty every question i asked (includeing stupids ones) are answered within minutes

the only down time i have had has been when i have restarted my VPS, they are a nice bunch of helpfull guys, i highly recommend http://www.hostmaven.com provided they meet your requirements

WebhostingBuzz.com is cheaper, and more flexible. They have very low downtime, but the staff take 2 hrs-1 day to respond. Best for high bandwith sites (1.2TB, yes TB for US$3/= per month)
