Last year I d bought 2 domains from a NP member here who had a Directi reseller account. Everything was fine until i released few days ago that his reseller site doesn't work anymore. I haven't receive any mail from him or Directi so now I'm in a huge trouble coz I'm unable to tranfer domains to somewhere else without auth. code. Member seems gotten suspend here too.

Anyone know Directi support mail ?

His reseller cant really vanish, there still should be a .myorderbox.com site where the reseller is. If you cant find it then email Directi and they should be able to help you. Just dont worry, your domain should be safe. There is a phone number here http://resellerclub.com/ and you should be able to find other contact info for Directi there. Resellerclub = Directi.

EDIT: Is this it http://nameroundup.supersite.myorderbox.com/ ?

Thanks Dean. yes that is the place. I was able to login but my acount link is not working. I don't know why.

I check the resellerclub.com but I couldn't find any support mail address.

No I didn't try other links since the My Account link hadn't work. But I will do that too, thanks jim. Any ideas why My Account link is not working ? Also why his reseller account doesn't work in resellers own domain (nameroundup.com) ?

I had a similar issue when I was a ResellerClub Resellers Customer.. I raised a Support Ticket at PublicDomainRegistry and it actually helped... You guys can always contact them at http://publicdomainregistry.com/support

That is the best thing about directi. If a reseller disappears you can still get your domains because the registrar is always there. You can also push your domain to any other directi reseller in the world using the move service option. I myself have a few .nets with nameroundup and just logged in to find my domains safe and sound.

Thats why it is always said that you should always be with 1 of the top Registrars, say ResellerClub. eNom, WWD, so on and so forth..
