Problem with Enom transfer - How to resolve?

Hi

Not sure if this is the right sub-forum for this - mod's, pl. move if so.

I'm having a problem transferring domains from Enom, request advise.

I have a enom account that was set up for me by a reseller about 3 years ago. In between I'd got out of the domains business, but still had the account. Early this year, I bought some turnkey sites here on namepros - the domains were regged at Enom, the seller pushed it to my old account since it still had about 9 - 10 months left, I didn't want to renew / transfer immediately until I had consolidated what I wanted to keep.

The domains are up for renewal next week, so I tried initiating the transfer - the new registrar's asking for the EPP code to complete. The Enom site says they can't provide that info - I have to get it from my reseller.

Here's where the issue is - the reseller appears to have put his business on automatic - I get automatic reminders by email, but reply to that email account bounces. The contact details available on the enom site for the reseller are out of date.

How do I find the EPP code? Ideally, I'd like to transfer to the other registrar asap.

Any one who can help out?

Thanks.

Post the reseller info (site, etc.) and someone here might use the same one/individual.

Failing that, you can always call enom and explain the situation fully:

Strange, how can your resller know the EPP code? the EPP code is supposed to be automatically showing on the domain control panel (Utilities->Contact/WhoIs Information->Authorization Info (EPP Key) near the bottom of page)
I mean .info, .biz, .org, and I don't know how .com and .net will go, but anyway, your reseller can not be aware of your domain's EPP code.

On the Enom website it says

"**If you do not have a direct eNom account, please contact your reseller to obtain this information. If you do not know the name of your reseller, go to our "help" page and enter your domain name in the Reseller Information Retrieval Tool "

I've tried contacting Enom directly through email as suggested - hopefully that should get a reply, otherwise will call them tomorrow.

Thanks.
