Domain Reseller problem

I had registered few domains through a godaddy reseller and yesterday when I tried to login to the account site didn't work. Well Now site seems down. He is a NP member but it seems he hasn't loged since June. How to contact him or Is there a way to transfer my domains to another registrar ?

I had this happen to me a few months ago. Wild West moved the domain to another registrar and sent me the login details.

Domains registered at any GoDaddy reseller are in centralized WWD system, so just post a support ticket to [email protected] or [email protected]

yes, that's right, and also you will be receiving a courtesy email that your domain panel is being transferred to that site.
