Hi everyone,
I have some domain registered in a directi reseller which belong to the user "foka" of Namepros. The domains are going to expire soon, actually one of them is already expired and the site is down.
I tried to contact him but he didn't reply.
I don't know whats his problem, may be he is not online these days, I hope he'll come soon.
My another domain which is my very important site is going to expire in 2 weeks, It will be very very bad if that also expire.

My question is, how can I get my domain back in such situation? Can I even get my domain back? I had a similar situation before, the reseller where I registered my domain found dead when I tried to renew that and I lost that domain, the domain was very very good and I was running a wonderful site there.

I've already stopped now registering with resellers, but I'm really worried about those which I have with them.

Help me!

You can always try to register using some other registar. After the time period ends of the reservation of domain name. Yea that would take a while but better than not having the domain name.

how about support from directi?

Yes Directi will definitely be your best bet. Another alternative is to try and transfer the domain out (as long of course as it does not have registrar lock enabled, and that you have access to the necessary transfer keys etc.).

I had the same problem with a GoDaddy reseller. I contacted Wild West and they gave an alternate link where I could access my account. directi should be able to do the same.

I think that will be good, one another reseller account holder just send me a message about that. I will try it with him.
