General Requirements :
I am planning to have a website like world*lpp.com (remove * please).
I would like to have pastel color used in the layout.
Layout should be sleak.
Its a investing related website.

You haven't provided the name of your company. Logo and homepage layout for $100 could be ok, but the CSS coding is a little too much IMHO.

Ok , lets forget css coding.
I just need to get going asap.
I havnt booked domain yet , you can use dummy name atm , and when creating logo , the thing to remember is ... its an investing related website.
or, logo can be left out for later. Just page layout for now.
