Anyway felt like I should post again, some some of the sales for 2024. Also considering posting some insights separately (still thinking over the 2024 first quarter assessment...) But here is the sale:

Afternic fast transfer sale, hold time 3 years.

Drop reg, caught in 2021 and renewed. Sold in January 2024, at the time sales were on the wrong foot so I lowered the floor a bit and this one has sold.

I'm not happy about the sale price, however I have been happy covering January costs and moving forward.

Domain market is still very much a mixed bag, still. Hard to predict anything.

I'm currently analyzing a new approach, moving to discount sales again, as too many domains I have dropped meantime, and clearance on NP isn't what it was. Expecting more sales to post here. But I am in profit so happy.

I really liked this name and it's not just because it sold with the benefit of hindsight - I had it marked in a separate list of domains to be developed. Funny that my favourite names are usually the ones I'm selling, it's great advice to limit the names you buy to ones you would use yourself. This one imo would have been great for selling car parts or tools etc.

Biggest sale for me as of yet. Appraised the name here on namepros, They said it was only worth $50-$195. (https://www.namepros.com/threads/remotecloser-com.1313014/). Bought this name because it was registered in multiple TLDS and had lots of RDS. The lesson here is, believe in your own research!

Put, BIN $450. He came after like 2weeks wanting to buy for $100, after long negotiation, we ended up in $125.
