just sedo.domian ownership vertification will take much longer time than 65mins in most cases.

Actually, that's not true! Changing the nameserver of the domain to Sedo nameserver right before listing with them makes the verification process 'seconds fast'. Only exception is if domain was previously listed under another account. At least, this works for me.
