Congrats..was thinking flippa now charge $25 fr listing or was it free to list?
I didnt pay auction fee.
I found the buyer and he made offer from flippa listing.
Flippa charged me 30$ (15%), but when I selected Flippa escrow payment options, they reduced the fee from 30$ to 24$ (12%).

it's just like WIPO but the main difference is Nominet providing free mediation. Mediator will contacting both party, and if both party reach agreement then Nominet mediator will act as escrow, when nominet receive money within their bank, they will notify and asking your bank account details.

But if no agreement reach then the dispute case will go into panelis review.

Sold WhiskySupplies.com for $300 USD on Flippa. Received $264 USD after Flippa's commission.
Acquired it for $120 USD here on Namepros
Money credited in my bank account yesterday.
Hold time - less than 5 months

The buyer took a domain name but didn't release the payment for almost 7 days with no response. I had no idea what to do and raised a dispute to release the payment. The buyer came after 7 days and said his employee messed it up.

Sold ...

Domain name:
prepaidfinancialservices.co.uk
Sale venue: Undeveloped
Sale price: ยฃ595 BIN
Purchase price: Hand Reg
Hold time: a few days short of 1 year, was due to expire :)

This sector is huge in the uk as most people in it are all borrowed out and in debt most can't get or don't want a phone on contract which created the
pay as you go
Mobile phone market etc

Then you had the credit card /visa that many couldn't get one as we're already too much in debt which saw prepaid visa market etc and without which the Internet wouldn't be where it is now as a person needs a debit card for most things online etc

And financial services are next

One day banks may even lend against domain names but upstairs not this century lol because they would have to understand domain names and their values and they don't which is why people in debt have domain name portfolio s that if liquidated would get them out of debt so they are walking around with huge debt and huge digital assets but can't liquidate digital assets to pay off actual debt due to the incompetence of financial institutions

Couldn't make it up

Domain name flippers should work at banks and citizens advice centre s liquidating domain name assets of those in dire financial debt
