$3K via Undeveloped BIN
(Purchase price: low xx less than a month ago)

Backstory: Purchased this at auctions and I got a message from the buyer the day it hit my account. First offer was $1k - I countered high xxxx based on other โ€œjetโ€ comps I sent them - it was a name I was happy to hold onto for a while, so 1k felt low. After some back and forth I dropped my ask to $7k as last price - I had made a pretty big purchase that day and was eager to offset the cost quickly. Radio silence. Heard back a week or so later with $2k as their โ€œfinal offerโ€ - countered with $5.5 if they could make payment within 24 hours. They said not possible, 2k is the best we can do - I said I would take 3 if they could close within the day, and then didnโ€™t hear back for over a week. I raised the price on the landing page back to 5.5 in the mean time. Finally, I heard back yesterday - they would pay 3 if I was still interested, so I took it.

Probably left money on the table on this one - I think I dropped my ask too low too fast - but nevertheless Iโ€™m quite happy with the return within a month.

It's been a good week

Upholstery // Doctor // com $425

Negotiated inbound from my Efty Landing page (yet again)

Purchased in Sept for $12.00 at an expiring auction.

Definitely cheap (but not too far off of comps), but I am going on a cruise starting this weekend and some extra pocket change is nice.

Domain: VerPeliculas.TV
Sale Venue - NamePros.com
Purchase Price: $36.99
Sales Price: $1100

Good traffic domains are still out there for sale and stumbling upon this name which I never even intended to park in the first place has really helped me learn a lot about this domaining micro-niche and the amount research and effort required to be successful in it.

very nice.. trafik domains are fun

but I do not folow.. maybe yuo can clarify.. you said you regged/bought it without intent to park.. does this mean when you got it you had no idea it'd generate trafik?

also, do you mind roughly saying how much this was making per month? thanks!

Yea I had absolutely no idea it would generate traffic. I normally just forward my domains to uniregistry or efty. However this domain was getting an obscene amount false escrow initiations from efty, which really stressed me...so I decided to look into it and research the name more and only then did I think it would be a good domain for traffic. Given the current stats it would be generating $140-$150+ per month.

paperwallet....info.. sedo makeoffr... $1050 ... -20%fee.. regged jan2018

solid fast roi... my biggest .info sale to date... just a solid exact target keyword for a hot crypto niche.. for some of my domains i tell my buyers, even if endusers, that in future there is a very good chance they'll be receiving higher offers than they paid to me.. should they want to sell.. and I do not say it to entice them to pay my prices, but because I firmly believe it is true. in same way, if I kept some domains around for longer, I believe I'd receive better offers.. this is one such domain, and whether buyer will want to sell it or not, I do believe it will be worth more in future... but.. domainers we have renewals etc and quick roi is the only way many times... truly, I am happy about the roi and need it to reinvest elsewhere... but sales like these do not make me jump off my chair from joy... cheers.

Sold: O/s/a/k/a.io
Price: โ‚ฌ3000
Place: Undeveloped
Register fee: +3 renew
Update: Sold osaka.io for $4500(BIN) at godaddy
He bought and made payment at godaddy at first but godaddy just informed me by sending an email telling me to transfer the domain to them and there was nothing telling me that my domain was being sold. Then he went to undeveloped and found me name (listed there) and made a BIN. The transaction hadn't completed but I still wanted to inform the result here. After that, I got an email from aftenic (godaddy's subsidiary) telling me my domain had been sold and they had got the money. I transfered the domain to them and got the money transfered to my bank account.
