Thanks.

As a custom of my personality, you don't do good to me without getting a thank you (something Nitin has become tired of lol), I sent a message to the guy who referred the buyer and thanked him to show my gratitude.

Nope... I mean thanking the guy who referred the buyer. Remember I said the person I contacted didn't want the domain BUT he forwarded my email to another friend of his.

Price is dependent on the niche actually. Most get paid as much as high 4 figures - low 5 figures to render service in this niche.

I got AlbuquerqueSalon but I had no success selling it to endusers even tho I found more than 40 end users, my mail template was probably terrible tho.. Did you contact end users and redirected them to the GD listing?

I sent maybe 20 messages to end users but did not get answers. Then I put on Godaddy Premium Linsting and sold after 1 day.

The policy of the marketplace is not to make the price public. But it was a good price :)

You can check the domain prices by few tricks which we all knew already.Use archive.org or google to know the price.

According to the marketplace tos seller's are not allowed to post the prices in public.
This domain may be sold for $3,115 (according to google) BTW: i'm not seller of this domain :xf.wink:

BTW: Congrats to @Nerevar

end user or any platforms?
It started with an inbound inquiry via DNS landing page in July. We negotiated for a bit, but did not agree on a price, and did not communicate further after that initial contact. After a period, I put it up for sale with a BIN price (I used the NameSilo Marketplace to do so, since the commission is only 7.5%) in an attempt to close the sale, and sent them a message to let them know, but they never got back to me.

After not hearing from them for almost 5 months, I thought they had decided on another name, but a few days ago they contacted me again, and asked if the offer I had emailed them was still available.

I sent them the namesilo link again, and they purchased it right away.

Turns out that it was a .CO --> .COM upgrade, as they used the same name in the .CO extension previously.
