He bought 3 domains for $3 ($1 each) and sold 3 domains for $1350 total.
$1350 / $3= x450
$3 = 100%
100% * x450 = 45000% ROI :)

Keep up the great work bro! When I remember you almost opted out of domaining, I smile.

At times, Success is in giving it little extra even after you think you have given it your all.

Congrats what's the 999$ domain ?Hint maybe?
I can't share the domain for personal reasons but I can say it was a miracle. I had sent out emails a week or two ago with one reply same day of sending out the emails. They were going to pay $250 but within 1 hour of starting negotiation with me and on the verge of sending transfer details, they changed their mind about buying the domain name. I was devastated that day and because the buyer said he consulted more persons and after much discussion, he rescind going through with the deal.

I thought being a Nigerian could have affected that but he assured me that it has nothing to do with my nationality but rather business prospects.

On the 8th, I went for an Annual Church program and I got home at about 12 AM. 9 minutes after opening my email, I got a message from someone saying they were interested in my domain name because a company that I contacted didn't want the domain name BUT... :)

But, the recipient of the email found it worthy to forward the email to his friend who is in same business with him and asked if he wants it because he does not need the domain. The friend contacted me immediately to inquire if the domain name was still available at the $999 quoted in the first email to the first recipient.

I said yes.

He was going to pay directly at that point via Credit Card but I don't think we have a function that allow such payment into our Nigerian Cards (I will ask though). So, I proposed the use of escrow.

He promised to get it done next day... which he did and the deal was swift in all.

Thanks.
