Now I am not saying that we should ask five figures for every domain, but if something is brandable and the buyer is going to make a lot of money with it because of its domain appeal then I believe that it is worth more than the average domain that we usually see here. Monster Loans by definition means that there is going to be a lot of money involved with whatever it is going to be used for. IMO

In the case of MonsterHamburgers or MonsterBoobs :) I would tend to agree but Monster Loans does not seem a very professional brand for a finance company IMO -

I think the seller got a good price for it -- I tend to call this type of sale "Flash in the pan type of sales" which actually has been happening a lot recently -- the Godaddy price that the seller paid for it initially somehow goes to vindicate what I'm saying -- having said that, in the crazy world of domaining, anything can happen and I will never wager against any domains.

Just completed my FASTEST domain sale ever...

Picked up IrishTourBus.com from a list of expired domains (ONE WEEK AGO!) contacted a few tour bus companies that deal with Ireland and BAM sold it for $1249 (before a 30% godaddy commission) but still... That's fine with me!

GoDaddy can take their 30%..That's still a very nice ROI if you ask me :) congrats!

congrats mate! What do you mean by 30% godaddy commission? You had it auctioned at Godaddy and then sent them a link?
