Good sales around here but I think some of these domains are selling for FAR TOO CHEAP.

There are other options: like leasing or payment plans.

Try offering more options to the buyer. TALK TO HIM ON THE PHONE.

On average how many emails do you send away to achieve a sale?

Per domain, on average I have sent between 40 and 60. Sometimes a lot less, sometimes a bit more.
It really depends on the keywords - the better the name, the fewer the emails.
Outsourcing.net is also joining the sales list shortly…
Should crack the 5-figures...
