The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

Good sales around here but I think some of these domains are selling for FAR TOO CHEAP.

There are other options: like leasing or payment plans.

Try offering more options to the buyer. TALK TO HIM ON THE PHONE.

I know .biz isn't a good extension (I don't like it in fact) but trade is a very fitting keyword. IMO the set sold for 'cheap' but congrats anyway :)

How many emails?

@Federer

On average how many emails do you send away to achieve a sale?

Per domain, on average I have sent between 40 and 60. Sometimes a lot less, sometimes a bit more.
It really depends on the keywords - the better the name, the fewer the emails.
Outsourcing.net is also joining the sales list shortlyโ€ฆ ;)
Should crack the 5-figures...

Nice sales Federer, well done!

Do you use any software to collect your emails and software to email end users or just do it manually?

Best method (by far) is sending emails to GOOGLE leads, 1 by 1.
We now have a department that reaches out to end users daily using the above method.
Work Smarter, not Harder.

And what is the success rate? I mean how many domains end up being sold out of the overall number of domains you are trying to sell?

Many thanks.
