Was worth much more than that - surprised Federer had let it go at that price!!

I agree I could have sold it for much more too but I contacted all end users and this was only interested one they were stuck at this price.

At the bolded... mine is something like that and the truth is that you used art of copywriting because I had almost lost him.

I gave 10 reasons why he should consider buying the domain name and how he would be above his competitors.

He was able to see the benefits in play or action. I made him visualise and see things as if it where already happening.

Isn't that called domain squatting? Then again, the same comment could be made of MANY of the weekly sales listed at Dnjournal.com (way too specific/non-intuitive to have been "predicted")...

I have question. can't someone sell .net domain names easily as much as one could do with .com?

I have seen a lot .net domain names but often ignore them due to caution I got from here that as a newbie, it is good to stick with .com

Guys, what do you think? I have seen federer sold alot of .net. Why can't anyone else have the same luck at doing so? Is .net that bad or hard to sell?

Because he has 3200 domains so you should look percentage wise . .com is better , but if there is a good .net ofcourse it will sell but maybe cheaper and slower that's it ....

I know .com is better, infact I just sold one for $500.

but there have been cases where I just cant ignore the .net but got scared due to the warning I got from here that as a newbie, it is better to stick with .com only.

So, I will give the .net a try too
thanks

Hello. I am having a hard time with the domain tansfer. Buyer is on godaddy but my domain name is at namecheap. The domain name is not yet 60 days old so I cant transfer to Godaddy. Buyer says all their domain name is at godaddy and they will continue to use godaddy.

I asked that he opens an account with namecheap so that I can transfer the domain name there but he seem not to care.

What do I do?

Tell him he must open an account at namecheap and then transfer the domain after 60 days to his GD account. Offer him the transfer fee as well.
