Sold last month, inbound through email but used afternic for closing.

I needed money then. However buyer was acting like they couldn't pay more and how tours are few.
But i do see they are number one in the UK, building a new website, connected to luxury brands etc.
The one lesson, I will implement going forward, is to say FU in a respectful way to pity me, stories.

I will give deals where there is true honesty, but in general... Apple won't give you their iphoneX for $5o just because you are a startup in need.

Thanks! My website was built on DIVI so it's a breeze in the park for me cos I am a website developer. Got all that done up in less than an hour. Initially, I was thinking about just selling the domain name but thought there might be a need for an actual website running an actual business which I incendentally have some good info on. So I built the webiste to test it out. Good thing is that there were no promotions on my part. Just left it there at Flippa and it sold itself.
