Specialty/Auto/Repair.com

Purchase price: reg fee
Purchase date: 08-02-2018

Outbound, sold it to specialty/auto/repair.co owner

Few facts:
I sent an email to the buyer the same day I purchased the domain. $ 1000 was my asking price.
The guy was interested, but he told me he's short of cash, due to some recent improvements / investments he did in his shop. And he'll be able to pay in 2 months. I told him I'll accept $ 400 if he pay in 1 month, and in this time I'll redirect my .com to his .co. He agreed.

After 1 month, payment time ... and he have no clue about domains and things like that. I told him to pay $ 400 to my PP, Family and Friends, and send me his GD account ID, so I can start the push, AFTER I have received the money. In 10 mins, I got his reply: Put the name on GD Premium auction, and I'll pay $ 480, so you can get the money we agreed. This was an advice he got from the "agency" which is handling his domains / website. I told him no fucking way, because GD will give me the money in up to 21 days, and there's no reason for him to pay an extra $ 80. Therefore I took the risk, and I pushed the name to his GD account before receiving the money. He was a nice guy, so I trusted him. Anyway, he made the payment in 5 mins after he got his domain.

Sorry for this long story :)

That makes perfect sense, if the domain does not sell for even $10, you list it to BB and increase the price, because why not? lol aaaand it sells in a few days after the price increase.

You missed the transfer in between that. When i was trying to sell it for $10 it was soon to be expired.
and it didnt sold few days after the price increase. Read again, i said it sold few days before. (from today)

For your understanding clearing the timeline and turn of events regarding this domain step by step

December it was about to be expired so i tried to sell in november last week for $10 reseller and it wasnt published till then. just accepted for $995 and it didnt get sold.
then in december i got the opportunity to transfer my domains for around $6 at reappoint (wild west reseller) so included this domain in that transfer lot.
after i transferred i then listed the domain at its maximum price (increasing it) this was in december.
cut to few days before this domain was sold.

I hope it helps you this time to be able to read, comprehend correctly.

D/a/i/l/y/T/o/r/c/h (com)
Sold for $1388
Godaddy Inbound
Purchased price: Reg. fee + 1yr renewal
Not all the time I put my sales here at NP. But once in a while, I do just like this one. Funny, tried to sell it here at NP for $25, $20, $15 down to $10 since it was almost going to expire but nobody seemed to care. Asked myself why nobody was interested. Let it then expired for one month but changed mind and renewed it. Just 2 days after renewal this domain was sold.
