As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at a bare minimum please include the domain name(s), the sale price, and whether you were the seller.

Good luck with your sales!

@Nina Yip How many 5L brandables you have? sometimes its all come to volume.

it's actally always come to volume.

it's virtually impossible to predict what brandable will sell. with experience you can just predict which has a chance to sell and which one is worthless.

Weird afternic doesn't let me price BIN under $250, unless I'm mistaken.

EDIT: my bad, i just looked. When I responded to price inquiries (likely from godaddy or something), for some reason on those the floor was $250. On normal listings you can do whatever.

I wonder what made you pick $132?! random?

It does that for me with certain gtlds, but have not had that problem with .com names.

Just finalized this one moments ago, was interesting enough to share

Domain name: P//U//R//I//S//O//F//T.com
Sale Venue: Outbound
Sale price: 345$ US aka 450$ Canadian
Details: Hand reg about 5 days ago.
Put in context that I'm in Canada and the prospect is Canadian also.
-I Sent the initial email to my prospect 4 days ago or so, No answer.
-Followed up today, got an answer of "No Thanks".
-I deleted the email and was going to move on. Then I told myself have nothing to lose. I replied back "it's unfortunate that you are not interested in this name as we were willing to go as low as 500$" (Canadian).
-Guess what, I got reply back saying "would you do 400$" (Can). I replied 450$ and worked out the details

== I know this name is potentially a 1500-2500$ name, and I know 345$ US doesn't seem a lot, but with the conversion, 450$ Canadian seemed acceptable for holding it for 5 days. The buyer is not a conglomerate either.

When you get an answer of no thanks, reply with an indirect message indicating "too bad you're missing out" without sounding desperate. Sometimes it works out.

Great work and results! Can you say how many prospects you contacted to achieve the 4 sales listed? I assume the outreach method was email, is that correct? Did the buyers immediately accept your BIN price or was final price negotiated? If negotiated, what was your initial ask / BIN?
