This thread is a central location to report domain name sales of any dollar amount.

As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at a bare minimum please include the domain name(s), the sale price, and whether you were the seller.

Good luck with your sales!

Please use the Like and Thank links on a post to indicate that you like it or are thankful for it being shared.

Do not post only, "great sale" or similar as this doesn't contribute to the thread. (Don't reply for the sole purpose of complimenting.)
  • Tip: Use the Like/Thanks feature instead.

Questions are allowed, but do not post commentary. If you want to discuss or comment on a sale in this thread, quote it and then post it in the following thread instead:

Nice! On the surface these sales appear as though you already had a single sales prospect in mind when you acquired the domains.

Thanks. Though, I had multiple prospects in mind aside from wingate, having just one really hot prospect is fine too. Also, the insurance one was actually inbound through gd auctions.

Thanks. All were negotiated. I usually quote a number first then we go back and forth from there.

Sold bjcnt dot com on godaddy premium will say more after it finalises

Ok deal has finalized. Sold this name for $214. Buyer through godaddy premium listings. I regged this name a few weeks ago as I thought the Chinese would be moving to 5L .com after they bought up all of the 4L.com. Looking at whois now shows that new owner is from Australia. I'm certain if I had held this name for another year or so it would have fetched more, but I'm all about the churn and burn so am happy with my ROI.

R-e-m-o-t-e-c-o-d-i-n-g-j-o-b-s dot com without hyphen sold for 1000 on Domain Name Sales. After their commission I get to keep 825.

Buyer approached with 1000 offer which I initially declined and countered with 2000. After few days he called me and offered 1000. He sounded genuine and wanted for a personal project so I sold for 1000.

Congrats on the sale. I fail to see how R-e-m-o-t-e-c-o-d-i-n-g-j-o-b-s dot com can be used for a personal project unless that personal project is a money making venture / business.

Congrats :).

wanted for a personal project.

The most common statement which I am sure everyone would have seen and heard over and over again from multiple buyers.

Based on what he told me it seems that he conducts coding jobs for different projects. Appears to be a smart coder.
